Clint Boling, NFL OL

Clint Boling is an offensive lineman for the Cincinnati Bengals.  He started 49 games at the University of Georgia, was named an All-American his senior year, and was named one of the top guard prospects in the 2011 NFL draft.

 
Dan Uggla, MLB 2B

Dan Uggla currently plays second base for the Atlanta Braves, though he was drafted by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the 2001 MLB Draft and played for the Florida Marlins from 2006-2010.  Uggla is the only second baseman in MLB history to hit at least 30 homeruns in four straight seasons.  He also holds the Braves record for longest hitting streak.

 
Austin Meadows, MLB Outfielder

Austin Meadows was an outfielder for Grayson High School and was named one of the top prospects in the 2013 MLB Draft.  He was ultimately selected 9th overall by the Pittsburgh Pirates.

 
Brad Keller, MLB Pitcher

Brad Keller is a Presbyterian College pitcher commit from Flowery Branch who was drafted in the 8th round of the MLB draft by the Arizona Diamondbacks.

 
Brian McCann, MLB Catcher

Brian McCann was selected by the Atlanta Braves in the 2nd round of the 2002 Major League Baseball Draft out of Duluth High School. He has been an MLB All-Star for 5 consecutive seasons and All-Star Game MVP in 2010.

 
Jonny Venters, MLB Pitcher

Jonny Venters was drafted by the Altlanta Braves in 2003. Jonny was called up by the braves on April 17th, 2010. Jonny was named a relief pitcher on Baseball America's 2010 All-Rookie Team. Venters became a key part of Braves bullpen during the 2011 season serving primarily as the set up man for Craig Kimbrel. Along with Kimbrel and Eric O'Flaherty the three pitchers have become known as O'Ventbrel for their dominance over the last three innings of a ballgame.

 
Freddie Freeman, MLB 1st Base

Freddie Freeman was drafted in the 2nd round of the MLB draft by the Atlanta Braves in 2007. Freddie was called up to the MLB september 1st, 2010 by the Braves. Through 2011 his stats are: .277 batting average, 22 home runs, and 77 RBIs. Freddie was a candidate for rookie of the year and was named NL rookie of the month for July 2011.  

 
Mark DeRosa, MLB Fielder

Mark Derosa currently Plays for the Washington Nationals. Mark was orrigionaly drafted by the Braves in the 1996 MLB Draft. In his 3,165 at bats through 2009, Mark had a .275 batting average, 92 home runs, 869 hits, 484 runs, and 430 RBIs.

 

 
Kris Medlen, MLB Pitcher

Kris Medlen was Selected by the Atlanta Braves in the 10th round of the 2006 MLB draft. He Made his first MLB appearence in May 2009 Pitching for the Braves.

 
Ben Paulsen, Colorado Rockies

Ben Paulsen is an infielder, drafted by the Colorado Rockies in the 3rd round of the 2009 MLB June Amateur Draft. Ben was a two-time letterman at Kell HS and a star baseball player at the Clemson University, where his Dad was an assistant. Ben is currently with the Rockies organization.

 
Dexter Fowler, MLB Outfielder

Dexter Fowler was drafted in the 14th round of the 2004 MLB Draft out of Milton High School and is now an outfielder for the Colorado Rockies.  Fowler tied a major league rookie record when he stole five bases in one game against the San Diego Padres in April 2009.

 
Marcus McNeil, NFL O-Line

Marcus McNeil played at Auburn University. McNeil was drafted in the second round of the NFL draft by the San Diego Chargers in 2006. Commentator Len Pasquarelli of ESPN.com referred to him late in the 2006 season as "one of the elite left tackles" in the NFL. He blocked for Ladainian Tomlinson as he established a number of single season offensive records. Most of LT's big runs that year were ran to the left side of the line. McNeil is a 2 time Pro-Bowler.

 
Charlie Whitehurst, NFL QB

Charlie Whitehurst was drafted by the San Diego Chargers in the 2006 NFL draft. Whitehurst was traded to the Seattle Seahawks in March 2010. Whiteshurst is the only quarterback at Clemson to go 4-0 against there rival University of South Carolina.

 
Justin Griffith, Ex-NFL Fullback

Justin Griffith is a the former fullback for the Houston Texans of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons in the fourth round of the 2003 NFL Draft. He has also played for the Raiders and Seahawks. He played in college at Mississippi State.

 
Clint Frazier, MLB Outfielder

Clint was an outfielder for Loganville High School. Clint went in the first round to the Cleveland Indians and was the 5th overall pick in the 2013 MLB draft.

 
Ben Hartsock, NFL Tight End

Ben Hartsock is a tight end who is currently a free agent in the NFL. He was drafted by the Indianapolis Colts in the third round of the 2004 NFL Draft. He played college football at Ohio State. Hartsock has also played for the Tennessee Titans, Atlanta Falcons and the New York Jets.

 
John Busing, NFL Safety

John Busing is a safety who is currently an NFL free agent. He was signed by the Cincinnati Bengals as an undrafted free agent in 2006. He played college football at Miami University. Busing has also played for the Houston Texans and the New York Giants.

 
Drew Butler, All-American Punter

Drew Butler is punter in his junior year for the Georgia Bulldogs. Butler led the nation in punting average for the 2009 NCAA Division I FBS football season. He was a unanimous first team selection to the 2009 College Football All-America Team and the winner of the 2009 Ray Guy Award.

 
D.J. Fluker, NFL O-Line

D.J. started with us in our Combine prep program. We helped D.J. go in the first round of the NFL draft. He went 11th overall to the San Diego Chargers. D.J. is the current starter at right tackle for the chargers. D.J. also played for Alabama where he earned 2 BCS championship rings.
